A leg up

Huzzah! Eric made a mold of stump’s end on Wednesday. Unlike the surgeon, who was trying to jolly me into a decision towards amputation, (He thinks, as I do, that it was the best way to go.) Eric is very conservative. Still, he appears to think that I may be standing on some sort of a leg within four weeks. I do hope that he’s right. Meanwhile, I am overjoyed at the making of new progress
